Be Active Team

With the help of the Be Active team, we are reaching out to find ways for all of us to move more and create enjoyable active habits that fit into our lives.

What do they do?

The Be Active team have been busy mapping out opportunities to meet new people and increase our daily exercise in our local areas. There’s plenty going on across Exeter, like yoga, parent and child groups or social bike rides.

Some of the Be Active team run regular Wellbeing Walks. These are short, easy walking routes for people to come together and amble in green spaces close to home.

You can get in touch with the CPAOs – details below – to find a walk close to you and ask about times and accessibility (some walking routes are designed so there aren’t steps, mud or steep paths!)
